Jim's background in human resources includes 18 years as a practicing HR generalist. He can assist with nearly any kind of issue in the human resources area including policies and practices, employee regulatory issues, pay and benefits, performance management and appraisals, bonus and incentive planning, and employee policy manuals. He also has participated as both a volunteer and board member in a number of local nonprofit organizations, including Meals on Wheels. Using the first hand experience gained, he has mentored other nonprofit organizations in dealing with HR issues, board structure and organization operations.
